For more than a decade, I have worked across fintech, payments, digital assets, fraud, financial crime, risk, compliance and operations. I have built teams, strengthened critical capabilities and helped leadership teams make high-consequence decisions while the business was moving quickly.

Before establishing AMA, I held senior operating roles with responsibility for regulatory readiness, resilient compliance frameworks and complex operational change. That experience shaped how I advise: with commercial context, operational realism and no appetite for recommendations that cannot survive contact with the business.

I understand the tension founders and executives face between speed and safety because I have worked inside it. AMA exists to bridge that gap—translating complexity into decisions, decisions into execution and execution into capability that can withstand scrutiny.
